    Sabah International Folklore Festival (SIFF) is back for the 4th time this year. The event took place at the Sabah Cultural Centre, Penampang on the 3 - 7 July 2009.     The recent KK Jazz Festival was just far from OK (to me) ... I still prefer the 1st KK Jazz Festival a couple years back. The musicians are superb - no doubt about that!
